Refund policy

Customers can have an item request for a refund/exchange within 14 days. The item(s) must be in its/their original packaging and in brand new and/or unused condition to qualify. 

The shipping fee will not be refunded (if applicable) under any circumstances, and the customer is responsible for all fees to have the package returned back to us. There is also an additional 15% restocking fee if the item is returned for a refund.
